Under the direction of the Project Director, to plan, conduct, and supervise original research in the area of coastal physical oceanography and ecosystem dynamics, tidal energy resource assessment, particle and sediment transport, and numerical hydrodynamic modeling, and publish results obtained and present results at national and international conferences.
