Responsibilities*

Performs original research, using a variety of moderately complex to complex techniques. Maintaining a healthy and functioning mouse colony. Assists in instructing others in the lab methods, procedures, and safety.


Required Qualifications*

The applicant must have a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a lab setting.   This will require having the ability to be organized, detail-oriented, driven and enthusiastic about multi-tasking. Excellent communication skills.   Excellent attendance record.


Desired Qualifications*

Knowledge of University of Michigan policies and procedures.  Knowledge of School of Dentistry policies and procedures.


Work Locations

This position is located in the School of Dentistry at 1011 N University Ave


Underfill Statement

This position may be underfilled at a lower classification depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.


Additional Information

This is a 1 year term-limited appointment position with the possibility of one year based renewals.
