Job Summary | The Boll laboratory is focused on understanding how the Gram-negative cell envelope contributes to antibiotic treatment failure in clinically important pathogens, with the goal of designing and developing new antimicrobial therapies and strategies for treatment (For more info, see laboratory publications). The project is focused on dissecting the molecular mechanisms that contribute to antibiotic treatment failure based on the cutting-edge technical platforms including molecular imaging, sequencing, lipidomics, metabolomics, and proteomics. |
