Job Summary
The ideal candidate has a MS degree and at least 2 years of experience in a research laboratory. The candidate has strong background knowledge in general laboratory maintenance (e.g., buffer preparation, inventories, ordering, mouse colony maintenance, animal handling) and laboratory safety maintenance. The candidate further is able to independently conduct experiments and assays including IHC methods, cell culture and primary neuron experiments, and animal work. In addition the candidate will have managerial duties and will coordinate daily laboratory activities for a smooth and successful flow of experiments.
The person that fills this position will be critical for the successful completion of the proposed work funded by the NIH.

BS/MS in life sciences (or equivalent) with minimum of 2 years work experience in a research laboratory
