Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Analyst for the Institute for Health, health Care Policy and Aging Research. Under the direction of the IFH faculty member Dr. Yanping Jiang, this position will provide research management of assigned duties and ensure that the program proceeds as planned.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: 
  • Communicates and collaborates with the study team to maintain involvement in all facets of the research project.
  • Supports ongoing research projects involving cognitive assessment harmonization using cross-national datasets, secondary data analyses, manuscript writing, and graduate student research assistant supervision.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in social science disciplines (e.g., Gerontology, Psychology, Public Health) with quantitative training.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with secondary data analyses.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communications skills with evidence of peer-reviewed publications.
  • Proficient in R, Mplus, or SAS.
