The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Registrar Student Assistant on the Dahlonega campus. The Office of the Registrar seeks a student worker who is available for a maximum of 25 hours a week. The student in this position should be able to work independently, as well as with other staff members and the public. Confidentiality of student and other records is required. 

  • Answer phones
  • Serve as initial point of contact for walk-ins
  • San/image documents to files
  • Enrollment verifications
  • Research open record requests
  • Maintain adequate copies of forms.
  • Maintain vault spacing of files, moving files when necessary. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
