YOUR ROLE

  • Leadership of Regional Product Development Teams for NAMEX region for Business Unit Automotive Electronics, E-Mobility & Components
  • Steering & Execution of Innovation Roadmaps, Innovation Portfolios and Sustainability Strategies
  • Global Technical Lead Role for one Market Segment within the Business Units Market Scope
  • Maintain and continuously enhance technical relationship with key technical stakeholders at Automotive OEMs & Tier1s
  • Driving culture: Creating and shaping a digital, inclusive, collaborative and inspiring working culture
  • Coaching & developing our people: Develop a highly motivated, professional and skilled team to the next level
  • Manage collaborations with suppliers and external partners (e.g. Universities, Institutions...)
YOUR SKILLS
  • Min. Master's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science
  • Overall experience 10 years +
  • Technical background in Adhesives, Sealants or Surface Treatment
  • Product Development Experience in Automotive quality standards environment (IATF 16949)
  • Experience working in international and multi-cultural environment
  • Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams
  • Strong commercial and strategic skills
  • Fluent verbal & written communication in English

The salary for this role is $170,000 - $225,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
