JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The following description covers the typical duties to be performed and/or assigned:

Operates cart or other food concession stand for public gatherings, sports events, or other Golf Course activities and events. Take customer orders; provide information on menu items, suggest certain products to customer to help with sales mix and increase sales, as appropriate. Prepare cocktails, make drinks, dispense beverages on tap and in bottles as ordered by customer or table attendant. Verify content of completed orders. Deliver and serve orders. Operate cash register to compute charges, present bill to customer and receive payments, make change as necessary. Keep condiment containers cleaned and filled. Maintain side work areas in a clean and orderly fashion; keep stocked with appropriate items. Maintain cart and kitchen area in a clean and orderly fashion; inspect beverages and togo food to ensure cleanliness and expiration; perform other cleaning chores as required. Transfer, receive, store, rotate and inventory bar/beverage supplies. Clear, total cash register at close of workday; deliver register tape and cash register tape and cash receipts to front desk. Notify management of any shortages or problems concerning food and supplies

                                                                                                                   

Job Requirements: Requires the use of simple writing, adding, subtracting, whole numbers and the carrying out of instructions; and the use of fixed gauges and direct reading instruments and devices in which interpretation is not required. Up to 3 months of effective experience. Must be Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certified or be willing to take the training as a condition of hire.

This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid US
driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required
in addition to standard background checks.
