Recruitment Coordinator – Part time (Administrative Program Support 1 – MR06)

The Recruitment Coordinator will develop, implement, and coordinate recruitment and marketing strategies for both students and preceptors.

This position will be part-time to the Clinical Academic Partnerships (CAP grant) project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the PI and Project Manager with grant activities including but not limited to: simulation coordination, health fair planning, website management, data collection, and event organizing.

Social media management and recruitment communication such as Facebook page, Twitter feed, and email distribution lists.

Schedule and advertise the annual Culturally Inclusive Care Conference and other events with the assistance of the Project Director and Project Manager.

Assist project team members in reaching out to qualified clinical preceptors through networking, conferences, professional meetings, word of mouth, alumni contacts, and other methods throughout the entirety of the project.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with individuals and in teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Possess the knowledge to utilize social media and technology
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and meet goals in an expected time frame

Minimum Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or GED and four years of relevant experience (website editing).

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and HRSA grant experience; and social media management and event planning experience.
