Job Summary
The supervisor of the Union’s Recreation and esports program will serve as the primary administrator of the Rec Center, esports lab, and coordinate Union and campus traditions programming. Primary responsibilities include directing the overall planning, promotion, and implementation of recreational programming in the Union and advising esports clubs. In addition, this position will assist with orientation, summer camps, and planning and implementing programming throughout the academic year.
This is an in-person position that requires evening and weekend hours.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants for this position must have or provide evidence of the following:
  • Experience in PC gaming
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications
Highly qualified applicants for this position will also provide evidence of the following:
  • Previous experience in supervision or advising
  • Previous experience with facility management, project management, or in IT
  • Previous experience planning and managing a department budget
  • Previous experience working on a college campus, working collaboratively with multiple partners, or similar relevant experience
Target Salary Range $43,000 - $47,000
