UI Health is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our Continuous Quality Improvement team. This role will lead continuous improvement programs throughout the organization and helps develop a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence. Responsible for reporting performance and escalate barriers to Health System Quality Committee (HSQC). Lead true north task forces, and other prioritized PI teams, supporting UIH's strategic QST goals (including any PI resulting from critical incident RCAs). Prepares progress reports to leadership and identifies barriers, develops action plans and issues requiring escalation for resolution. Observes clinical and operational workflow practices to identify gaps in performance deviation from established practices, utilizing appropriate QI tools. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Reporting performance and escalate barriers to HSQC
- Hold team members accountable for PI action items
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends in performance improvement
Minimum Qualifications Required:

- LSSGB designation
- Minimum of two years clinical hospital or clinical process improvement experience
