Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Project Management (ADPM) and in collaboration with the technical Principal Investigators, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the research and business services activities in the management of research projects at the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence & Security (ARLIS), a Department of Defense (DoD) University-Affiliated Research Center Laboratories (UARC). The Senior Project Manager provides project management support to Principal Investigators as they execute sponsored research projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with Principal Investigators, ARLIS administrative support teams and University business partners to manage scope, schedule and budget. In this role you will plan and direct all administrative tasks to expense resources responsibly, maintain project scope and schedule, follow University and federal rules and regulations, and remove administrative burden. |
