YOUR ROLE

  • Drive Innovation and Process Optimization Initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing cost.
  • Lead major and minor capital projects safely, on time and within cost.
  • Execute changes effectively through use of management of change tools.
  • Specify, procure, commission, and sustain new equipment.
  • Manage Contractors and vendors.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to project stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and work cross functionally with Maintenance, R&D, Production, Safety, and Quality.
  • Analyze data and other process outputs to reduce variability.
  • Investigate deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support efforts to improve manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations.
  • Support site safety initiatives and safety culture.
YOUR SKILLS
  • BS or MS Degree in a relevant engineering discipline required; preferred chemical or mechanical engineering.
  • 3+ years experience managing capital projects, competent in Project Management, possessing the ability of starting a project and seeing it through to completion, PMP certification a plus.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies, chemistries, and processes.
  • Ability to work in and transition between manufacturing, lab, and office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groups as necessary.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
