Job Description | General Description: The purpose of the Program Support Specialist will be to provide military-related students with veteran benefit advising support and assistant with the first-level review of analyzing enrollment to VA., and mange the office veteran military services mailbox. This position will support the Director of Military and Veterans Services and the School Certifying Office. This position requires for the person to exhibit professional and friendly customer services; detail/accurate records/tracking, communicate with veteran students across NOVA campuses and provide on-campus office coverage as necessary. The positions will be in the Fairfax Military Services Office and when necessary will work at one of the college Military Campus office Duties and Tasks:
