Summary

Join our team at the Center for Entrepreneurship, where we are searching for a dynamic professional to support our NSF I-Corps Hub: Great Lakes Region programs during the Summer of 2024. This role is pivotal in various aspects, including program setup, communication, meeting facilitation, data management, and other project management requirements. As part of our cross-trained and collaborative team, you'll report directly to the Director of the Great Lakes I-Corps Hub. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside outstanding individuals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities*

The responsibilities are performed individually as well as collaboratively. Our roles reflect collegial trust, authenticity, and integrity and are inspired by curiosity, creativity, and fun.

Supporting Management and Coordination of NSF I-Corps Hub Programs

  • Meet with the I-Corps Program Team weekly to discuss the immediate and future needs of the related programs.
  • Manage I-Corps program logistics including but not limited to coordinating Teaching Assistants, facilitating instructor preparation meetings, setting up Canvas courses and shared Google folders, maintaining course rosters in a CRM database and Google Drive, and administering course credentials.
  • Manage communication with I-Corps instructor trainees. 
  • Manage customer discovery expenditures and other I-Corps invoicing.
  • Manage logistics for other I-Corps programming and meetings.

Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in project or program management.
  • Ability to relate to people with diverse backgrounds.

Desired Qualifications*
  • Experience with university-based systems and processes.

Work Locations

This role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, but it can be fully remote.


Background Screening
