Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm; with flexibility around participant schedules


Job Summary: The Program Manager provides oversight and planning for the development, implementation, and delivery of a program(s).


Additional Department Summary: The Program Manager will work closely with the PI, Dr. Despina Stavrinos, and her research team to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of research projects. The individual will work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the approved scope of work. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining timelines, schedules, as well as providing regular project status reports to the team and external stakeholders (through periodic written reports and oral presentations). The individual will identify and manage project risks and issues, will ensure compliance with institutional and sponsor policies and procedures, will participating in the recruitment and training of project staff, will participate in data collection, data entry, and statistical analysis, and will ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality.


Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + 4 years' human subjects research experience OR Master's degree + 2 years' human subjects research experience


Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build and manage effective teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications: PhD in Psychology or related field preferred.
