The Sr. Registration and Records Specialist for Student Evaluation of Instruction (SEI) in the Scheduling area of the Office of the University Registrar serves as a subject matter expert for Student Evaluation of Instruction (SEI). Works to support outstanding academic experiences for all Ohio State students by facilitating student feedback on instruction. The Sr. Registration and Records Specialist utilizes the 3rd party vendor application, Blue to set-up and manage the SEI process each academic term. This includes day-to-day support and resolution of issues. Leads communication efforts with department administrators, instructors, and students on a regular basis regarding the evaluation tool and process including any updates or changes. Serves as a liaison between the university and vendor to report issues and develop solutions and enhancements as necessary. Collaborates with University Registrar and Office of Technology and Digital Innovation staff to manage the maintenance and support of the Blue software including documentation, training, user support, and communication efforts. Remains current on software updates and best practices. Produce and maintain high-quality documentation of processes. Provides primary administrative support with course evaluations. This position requires the Sr. Registration and Records Specialist to work with the custom-built SEI components within the PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS) as well as historical data hosted locally and accessed through standard software applications. Provides support to course and class scheduling operations for each term by utilizing SIS and software to efficiently schedule class offerings into available classrooms. Provides support to course catalog maintenance by processing course catalog edits and adds course information into the Student Information System course catalog as directed by the Office of Academic Affairs through the University curriculum system.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a university setting and excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service/public relations skills required. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in university setting and with student evaluation and survey experience and/or classroom scheduling procedures is preferred.
