PROGRAM MANAGER II

 

The ideal candidate is a well-organized, detail-oriented individual who takes initiative and works efficiently with a high degree of independence. The candidate should also have a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work and execute tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner. The candidate for this position should be able to manage multiple projects and priorities and have experience or demonstrate a willingness to support the efficient and timely execution of research projects. 

  • Project management tasks (e.g., IRB applications, clinicaltrials.gov profiles; development and refinements to study protocols, manuals of procedures, and related study materials, participant tracking systems, maintaining records, and providing regular updates; coordinating project activities and communications with collaborators)
  • Development and refinement of participant recruitment, screening, assessment, and retention procedures and data collection forms
  • Data management tasks (e.g., tracking quality control of data collection and evaluation milestones, experience with RedCap)
  • Involvement in participant-facing activities, such as screening/recruitment, informed consent, data collection
  • Project reporting tasks (e.g., preparing reports, materials; disseminating information to appropriate entities such as annual reports to funding agencies)
  • Assists in training other staff and students on research activities both face-to-face and through virtual means
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

 

Salary Range: $51,270-$83,300

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement

  • Creating graphics, infographics, and other visual aids to effectively communicate research methods and findings
