Prairie Family Business Association is seeking a Program Management intern for summer 2024. The Program Management intern will gain an in-depth look at what it is like to work at a large nonprofit association—working side-by-side with family businesses, contractors, and government agencies to provide valuable, impactful programming. In this paid internship position, you will gain valuable, real-world experience in project management. This will include, but is not limited to, researching business issues, interviewing stakeholders, participating in meetings, strategizing potential alternatives and solutions, and presenting project proposal presentations with your findings. The Program Management Intern will develop knowledge around the subject of attracting, retaining, and promoting members and sponsors as well as strategic national and international partnerships. This position will be directly involved in: · Auditing, Collecting, and Analyzing Family Business Data · Assisting in a Major CRM System Build Out and Transition · Reviewing, Optimizing, and Proposing Process Improvements · Researching and Developing Family Business Tools · Coordinating Family Business Research · Overseeing Strategic Marketing and Programming Initiatives |
