Job Description:
The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee its MS Financial Technology and Analytics (FTEC) Program. Will be a vital resource for students as they transition to this graduate program. The coordinator is responsible for acting as the MS FTEC students' advocate and mentor, assists students with the academic, financial aid, and personal challenges associated with graduate school. This position places a particular emphasis on support services based on a comprehensive knowledge of the university's academic programs, requirements, and support services.
This position also provides excellent student service with an overall interest toward the promotion of student success, including retention and graduation, based on performance metrics (ensures resolution of student issues, communication with faculty and staff, and other timely matters) in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the university.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three to five years of experience in program support administration at UTD or a UT system university in a field relevant to the program
