Job Description

Job Duties: 

•    Assist with web design for department programs and research labs
•    Social media support for department
•     Assist with student recruitment for undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as for Didactic Program and Dietetics (DPD) and Masters in Clinical Nutrition (MCN)
•    Marketing and promotion of department programs
•    Assist faculty with Canvas
•    Data collection and tracking for various program platforms and internal applications
•    Serve as backup for graduate program coordinator
•    Oversee the design, content, and distribution of the department newsletter

•     Undergraduate scholarship administrator

•     Maintain contracts for Dietetic internships

•     Assist with departmental events

•    Other duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

-    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-    Four years of related experience in program coordination and/or marketing and communications.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-    Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
-    Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-    Social media management skills
