Summary of Job Duties:

The Premium Seating Account Executive is a member of the ticket sales staff that will facilitate premium seat sales for Donald W Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The Premium Seating Account Executive will establish new ticket sales business by way of outbound phone calls, in-person meetings, e-mails, and social media. This position will process orders through the Paciolan/Spectra ticketing system for Club Seats in the North End Zone and also have the opportunity to assist with Loge Box and Suite sales for the football program. The position will be responsible for weekly and monthly new revenue goals, as well as other projects as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Sales.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

  • At least three years of sports ticket sales experience in an NCAA Division I program or professional sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, minor league baseball, etc.)

  • At least one year experience with Paciolan/Spectra ticketing platform

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience with Paciolan/Spectra ticketing platform

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Track record of making 80-90 calls per day


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of NCAA Compliance rules and regulations

  • Competitive and highly motivated skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Customer service and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to navigate multiple sporting venues for client in seat visits and facility tours

  • Ability to multitask various call campaigns while maintaining call volume standards


Additional Information:

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
