The Department of Kinesiology and Health in the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University seeks a highly qualified candidate for a postdoctoral associate position to work with Drs. Andrea Spaeth and Jennifer Buckman on multiple NIH R01 projects investigating the relationship between sleep and substance use behaviors and its influence on physiological function.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Psychology, Kinesiology, Physiology or a related discipline.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A background in human research, and women’s health research is highly preferred. Outstanding statistical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
An interest in developing new approaches to cumulative data is preferred.
Equipment Utilized
MS Office, Adobe; Actigraphy, Sleep Profiler; R, SAS, SPSS, MPlus, MATLAB; ANSLab and various psychophysiology collection equipment
