Physical Requirements
Mobility to work from several locations depending on the business need. Regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods and repetitive motions.
Shift
Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hrs/week) with occasional weekends and off shifts as related to Information Technology support needs.
Job Summary
This position will enable expanded population health management, reporting, and analysis including but not limited to Epic registries and registry metrics. This position will build capacity and subject matter expertise in risk-based contracting and provide metrics related to screening, preventive care, and outcome metrics for population health. Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Epic Slicer Dicer, Workbench, Excel, SQL, Tableau, R/Python/other statistical software) is needed.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
BS with healthcare experience using population health tools from Epic or other systems preferred.
Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Epic Slicer Dicer, Workbench, Excel, SQL, Tableau, R/Python/other statistical software) is needed. Data Analytics in a Healthcare environment is required.
