Minimum Position Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and six months – one year of experience (depending on level) in dispatching, as a police officer, or in public safety.
Required to have or obtain basic certification for operation of Tennessee Information Enforcement System (TIES).

Work Schedule
Works the 1500-2300 shift. (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule.

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk.
