Position Details
The Department of Physician Assistant Medicine in the College of Natural and Health Sciences at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in our MPAM program.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Developing courses including completion of syllabi, lecture presentations and student assessment rubrics in anticipation of providing student instruction/assessment and remedial education in the classroom.
2. Providing regular opportunities for meeting times for students.
4. Participating in departmental meetings to develop and evaluate curriculum and policies.
The successful candidate will have:
1. A Master's Degree in PA or MD/DO or clinically relevant degree and clinical expertise in fundamentals of medicine.
2. A professional license as a PA or MD/DO NCCPA or Board Certification Teaching experience preferred.

Applications for part-time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis which may include fall, spring and summer. The part time instructional faculty are supervised by the PA Program Director.
