Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing, walking with, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; standing for greater than 5 hours at a time; walking several miles per day; and performing repetitive motions (such as typing).
Shift
Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday.
Job Summary
Primarily responsible for Good Samaritan Inpatient Pharmacy Operations, including management of operational workflows, inventory, medication distribution strategy, and the intern program. This position will also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for GSH Inpatient Pharmacy.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal); clinical experience; knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, as well as any other related laws and regulations; project management, inpatient drug distribution and dispensing, and supply chain and contract management experience; and the ability to prioritize; collaborate and work within a team; and motivate, lead, and educate a team.

Preferred Education/Experience
PGY1/PGY2 ASHP residency training and/or supervisory experience highly preferred.
