The Student Graphic Designer/Office Assistant will collaborate with staff and faculty in Performing Arts & Social Justice to create marketing materials and will assist in running the PASJ office.

Full Job Description:

Responsibilities/Duties
The PASJ Department Graphic Designer works with the Project & Marketing Manager to design posters, flyers, programs, and materials for digital platforms in support of PASJ’s performances, classes, and events. During in-person office hours, this person may also be asked to answer phones, greet visitors, hang up posters, print documents, and assist with other projects.
 

Qualifications

Design experience required. Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word and Excel required. Our preferred candidate has strong communication skills, is a self-starter, experience working in an office setting, excellent project and time management skills, and a superb attention to detail. Previous work in the performing arts is a plus, but not required.
