As a clinical nurse leader in pediatrics for the acute care and transitional care patient population, this person will work in collaboration with the Unit Director to apply evidenced-based nursing practice to enhance patient care. In addition to working collaboratively with the unit-based leaders on C5, this person will work closely with other advanced practice nurses at Benioff Children's Hospitals and across UCSF Health. This person will utilize specialized knowledge and skills to develop specialized patient-treatment plans, work directly with patients and nursing staff who have complex care requirements, and analyze patient data to improve the quality of patient care.
