Salary for this position is negotiable dependent upon experience. 

Coordinates, promotes and facilitates the enrollment of undergraduate students to the university.

  • Conducts regular visits to high schools and community colleges in the target area to maintain relationships with administrators, counselors, teachers, parents, and students.
  • Communicates and corresponds with prospective students to answer questions regarding the university and facilitate enrollment.
  • Conducts recruiting events in the target area, which includes coordinating with faculty,alumni, and other university-related personnel.
  • Assists director and senior recruitment coordinator with developing and implementing recruitment strategies targeted toward prospects and parents in the target area.
  • Tracks prospective students in a database, and compiles monthly reports of recruitment activities.
  • Participates in program evaluations, reporting, and assessment measures.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in student counseling, business administration, education or related field and Minimum Experience: (1) year related experience
