Salary: Based on rate of approximately $7,362 per course.

Recruitment Description: The Department of Philosophy at the University of California, Riverside is seeking qualified applicants for Lecturer positions during the 2024-25 academic year. We anticipate needing to hire instructors for some or all of the following courses. Positions are contingent on available funding. The initial review of applications will begin on June 26, 2024; applications must be received by then to be assured of consideration for Fall 2024. Applications will be accepted through August 1, 2024 for Winter 2025 and Spring 2025 consideration. All instruction will be in person.

Qualifications: The position requires a Master's in a related field and one year of teaching experience at the college level. Advanced graduate work in Philosophy (ABD or Ph.D.) is a preferred qualification. Internal Lecturers will be given first consideration.

Duties: Undergraduate teaching of the course listed above.
