Part-time Instructor (Pool) - College of STEM

Austin Peay State University is continuously taking applications for individuals seeking adjunct, dual enrollment or temporary instructor positions for all semesters in the College of STEM.

Instructors are needed for the following disciplines: Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering Technology (Automotive, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics and Construction), Geology, Geography, Medical Laboratory Science, Radiological Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and Astronomy.

Teach courses pending department need.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

- Master’s degree or higher.
- Demonstrated success as a teacher preferred.
- A background search will be required of the successful applicant.

- Each applicant must include the names and contact information for three references, one of which must be from your most recent or current employer, with your application materials. Many people add this to the end of the CV.

- If you would like to additionally attach Letters of Recommendation to your online application, letters must be dated one year or less from the date of your application. You may attach your letters of recommendation in the “Optional Documents” section under the “Letter of Reference” tab.
