Position Summary Information

Position Summary	The Austin Peay State University Department of Biology is seeking part-time/adjunct instructors to teach various lower level lecture and lab course sections. The number of part-time/adjunct instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities	Teach lower level biology lecture and lab course sections.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	.
Physical Requirements	Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Required Minimum Qualifications	- Master’s degree or higher which includes at least 18 hours of graduate credit in Biology. - A background search will be required of the successful applicant.
