Job Summary/Basic Functions

Adjunct faculty are needed to teach face-to-face courses in Communication Studies, Broadcasting and Electronic Media (Film Techniques and Multimedia Journalism), and Public Relations for the School of Communication. Applicants must have an earned master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline. Adjunct faculty are needed to teach on both a MWF and TR schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Successful applicant have completed a minimum of 18 graduate course hours in the teaching discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior successful teaching experience in the discipline is desired.

Job Duties:

• Teaching assigned face-to-face courses - (Essential)
• Assessing student work - (Essential)
• Collaborating with other faculty and undergoing training as needed - (Essential)
