Part-Time Building Monitor, Spangdahlem Air Base

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide Campus is currently hiring a part-time Building Monitor for our campus location at the Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany. Building Monitors are responsible for the opening and closing of military education center classrooms for ERAU-WW use in the morning, evening and on the weekend, as appropriate.  They are also responsible for the safekeeping of education center and ERAU-owned classroom support equipment. 

**Candidate must already have military logistical support to apply. This position is part-time working 10 hours per week.

Qualifications
Required Education:

• High school or GED

• On US military installations outside of the United States, Building Monitors must be in possession of a valid installation-entry pass and/or US Government identification card.  Such pass will not be provided by ERAU.

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

• Analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment

• Initiative and strong troubleshooting skills
