This position provides administrative assistance and clerical support for the Director and Staff.

  • Process all Teacher Education Applications through TK20 and input applications into the TPMS System of the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
  • Initiate the processing of Background Investigations, update the background data base and inform the professors and CQTL Director when there are issues or when the students need to complete.
  • Maintains database containing all pertinent placement information to assist in placements for student practicums.
  • Enter all TK20 placements for practicum students.  Send binders out to cooperating teachers once placements are confirmed.
  • Maintains budgets for CQTL and COEHP Field Experiences.
  • Assist students, faculty and staff as needed.
     
  • High School Diploma  (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • Technology skills
  • Ability to work both in a team setting and alone
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints

$15.35-$16.58 hourly.
