Job Description
This role also handles internal employee grievances and disputes, supports employee development, enhances job satisfaction, and designs accountability mechanisms. The Organizational Development Senior Manager will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the RTPark OD department – ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. OD program objectives will be developed and implemented with a high level of independence and judgment.
  • Develop overall RTPark internal organizational development plan and strategy
  • Work closely with RTPark managers to provide leadership support and identify staffing needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational culture, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to strengthen team cohesion and morale
  • Drive leadership development initiatives, identifying and nurturing talent within the organization
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to organizational learning needs
  • Design and implement training programs that support professional growth, skill development, and knowledge enhancement
  • Establish parameters for training and performance management, including defining accountability and measuring results
  • Provide training, coaching, performance feedback, supervision, and effective team development to management team and staff
  • Act as a resource for conflict resolution and guide employee relations matters to maintain a harmonious work environment
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and incorporate relevant innovations into the RTPark’s culture and strategies
  • Work closely with UVI HR to support and develop effective recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention practices
  • Formalize and develop internal policies and assist other departments with the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Identify trends or root cause behaviors for frequently occurring issues
  • Partner with RTPark leadership to coordinate organizational change initiatives
  • Establish company culture standards
Required Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a Master’s degree (a cross-disciplinary degree is acceptable) in either Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Six to eight years of leadership experience in an organizational development role.
  • Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of organizational development strategies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into OD solutions.
  • Significant knowledge of change management and organizational effectiveness principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in project management and data analysis.
  • Capable of working autonomously, while also collaborating with teams and relevant stakeholders when appropriate.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple work tasks or projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Demands
Work will primarily take place in an office environment, however, this position has flexible work options.
