• PhD in Psychology, or related field of study
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in fMRI experiment development, installation, and troubleshooting in E-prime and/or Matlab.
Desired Qualifications:
• Research experience, preferably with eating disorders and conducting fMRI scans
• Good understanding of psychopathology and DSM 5 TR diagnoses
• Experience conducting standardized diagnostic interviews
• Comfort with working with children and their families
• Familiarity with statistical analysis softwares
• Knowledge of nutrition and food science.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use fine light/fine grasping.
• Occasionally sit, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, use a telephone and write by hand, lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
• Rarely kneel, crawl, climb ladders, grasp forcefully, sort and file paperwork or parts, rarely lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh 40 pounds or more.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• May require extended or unusual work hours based on research requirements and business needs.
• This position is based on the Stanford main campus with the option of telecommuting/hybrid schedule subject to operational needs.
