The Department of Psychology at East Tennessee State University invites applications for a one-year, non-tenurable, full-time lecturer beginning August 15, 2024. This one-year position is contingent upon funding for renewal.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Psychology or a related field with 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology.
  • Available for on-ground, face-to-face classes in Johnson City, TN
Preferred Qualifications
  • Evidence of candidates’ abilities to contribute to collegiality and goodwill within our thriving department.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated interest or experience teaching courses in introductory psychology, design and analysis, behavioral neuroscience, history and systems of psychology, and various other courses as needed.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a PhD in psychology.
Salary $32,000.00
