The center coordinates new employee orientation, engagement activities such as campus tours and trivia activities for employees, as well as assisting colleges and divisions in facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences. |
Essential Job Duties | Join our team as an Onboarding Specialist and dive into the exciting world of creating memorable experiences for new employees! You will get the opportunity to welcome new members of the Wolfpack community and by participating in bus and walking tours that showcase our campus. In this role you will play an important role in providing support to temporary and permanent employees, supervisors, and HR representatives across NC State. Qualifications
Minimum Experience/Education | Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
