ABOUT THE JOB   

MU Health Care is looking for a vibrant individual to join our team and play a crucial role in providing clerical, secretarial, and administrative support to ensure seamless operational processes. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills to handle reception duties and efficiently manage incoming calls from both internal and external customers. A key attribute we seek is the ability to not just answer questions, but to engage with callers positively and take detailed messages. Our dynamic work environment requires someone who can go beyond the routine, completing outgoing calls, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments with finesse.

While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, we are looking for someone with at least one year of office-related experience.

Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience that knowledge, skills, and abilities can be obtained is required. One (1) year of office related experience.
