Essential Job Duties | This is an internal posting for current NC State permanent and temporary employees, and candidates with RIF priority. As the Office Coordinator you will serve as the welcoming face of the NC State University Onboarding Center (OBC) team. As the first point of contact, you’ll greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional experience and positive first impression. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You’ll also provide administrative support to the OBC Manager, handle special projects, and maintain excellent customer service standards. As the ideal candidate you possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to promoting NC State as an employer of choice.
