    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations to undergraduate nursing students.
    • Develop and implement curriculum for BS Nursing programs in accordance with accreditation standards.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Evaluate student performance through assessments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
    • Collaborate with the nursing department and other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing (Ph.D. or DNP preferred).
    • Active and unrestricted nursing license.
    • Previous teaching experience in a nursing program, preferably at the undergraduate level.
    • Strong clinical experience and expertise in relevant nursing specialties.
    • Familiarity with current trends, research, and advancements in nursing practice.
    • 2 years of work experience in the field.
