Position Summary:
Working under the supervision of a physician, evaluate new patients for admission to the hospital. Perform physical exam, review of systems, complete H&P, place orders and document & bill for care provided. Will also provide cross coverage over night of patients on the Hospitalist service.
Position Qualification:
Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tennessee Registered Nurse licensure; national certification as Nurse Practitioner.
