Job Overview
During summer, the Logistics and Journal Administration Department will oversee upwards of 30 faculty and departmental moves.
The Moving Assistant - in a temporary role - play an integral role in helping to execute this multi-phased relocation schedule by providing logistical support such as moving preparations, packing, office setup, and light moving.
Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation
Working closely with the Operations and Space Project Coordinator, the Moving Assistant has daily interactions with departmental staff and with members of the Facilities and IST teams.
This position has been designated as On-Campus. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University. Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Willingness to assist with physical, hands-on tasks such as packing and light moving
