Position Summary

The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine is recruiting for a Medical Education Program Manager to oversee the administrative, compliance, and regulatory functions of our medical education programs. Duties include:

  • Administrative oversight of our medical education programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory functions.
  • Oversight of all recruitment, selection, and onboarding functions.
  • Clinical rotations and scheduling.
  • Oversight of outreach initiatives.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience 2 of which are supervisory level experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Budget creation and fiscal oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience with Talent Management
  • Managerial experience
  • Proven ability to work with internal and external constituents to add and improve educational experiences
  • Knowledge and expertise with preparation/materials creation and management for accreditation activities, standards and site visits
  • Ability to configure, originate and execute new operating systems and personnel structure to maximize efficiencies and staffing.
  • Proven process improvement initiatives
