Compensation :
Pay Range: $81,525 - $132,475/annual

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves in key role as a manager in the UABHS Telehealth Department, Manages the department’s hardware and software status, project management coordination, and daily business operations of the department, including HR/Payroll, contract administration, accounts payable, budget GA and GL administration, and data reporting. 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manages the departmental project management software, ensuring that project tasks are identified, assigned, and completed.
  • Participates in departmental project development, planning, and execution.
  • Leads operational meetings for department
  • Governs, manages, and maintains departmental budget, including continual forecasting and monitoring of financial resources on a day-to-day, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Assists in budget presentation and reporting.
  • Responsible for allocation of departmental funds; serves as liaison with internal Finance department personnel.
  • Executes and maintains contracts; serves as contact with third-party vendor representatives; performs daily/monthly contract administration including timely and accurate invoice oversight and monthly activity reconciliation, payment administration, and tracking.
  • Oversees resource scheduling, including conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, offsite meetings, events makes recommendations for space management and coordinates office space maintenance and development.
  • Coordinates PTO approvals and scheduling; manages payroll duties and serves as point person for internal HR/Payroll departments.
  • Designs and develops new, innovative, and complex data presentation templates, reporting tools, processes, and procedures using a variety of software applications to assist in improving operational efficiencies to ensure data/market data is presented in a way that is most useful and comprehensible to various audiences (Senior Leadership, Directors, departmental staff).
  • Supports department Directors; performs general office administration duties as required.
  • Participates in organization-sponsored leadership development training and activities.

    Qualifications

     

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three  (3) years of related experience required, OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE OF NO LESS THAN 10 YEARS.
