Position Details
Job Summary | We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Ticket Manager (Program Support Supervisor 1) for Athletics. The primary function of this position is to coordinate all ticket operations for EWU’s athletic programs which ticket for events. Specific duties will include updating season ticket sales brochures; updating website; processing telephone, mail, walk-up, and online ticket orders; printing tickets; handling daily deposits; creating daily cash reports; overseeing game day ticket operations; overseeing and documenting complimentary admissions; supervise game day ticket personnel; processing post-event ticket reconciliation and reporting; and other duties as assigned. The salary for this position is $42,288 (minimum) up to $56,352. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills. Work Schedule | Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Successful candidates must be able to work evenings/weekends on days of sporting events and other athletic special occasions. Attendance at all ticketed athletic events. Travel with team(s) on occasion. Proper notification will be given to employee per WFSE contract. |
