Shift
Days [6:00am – 2:30pm], however, must be flexible to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the operational needs as directed by Supervisor / Manager / and or Director.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Facilities Preventative Maintenance Manager, this position will maintain all related equipment in a proactive effort to prevent failures requiring reactive maintenance. Provides Scheduled Maintenance to Hospital Facility Equipment and Annex Buildings Equipment.
Performs equipment Predictive and Preventive Maintenance in a timely manner and according to percentage of completion standards established by the PPMC (i.e. 100% of all critical equipment), including such equipment as
  • AHU’s
  • Medical Air and Vacuum systems
  • Emergency Power Supply Systems
  • Electrical Systems
  • Medical Gas Systems
  • Lighting Systems
  • Water Quality systems (RO/DI)
  • Emergency Eyewashes
  • plumbing, etc.

May require overtime on occasion.
