JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
University Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. Responsible to the Nurse Leader for providing quality nursing care in Clinical Services, primary duties include:
Assist physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants with exams, treatments, and procedures.
Assist in patient intake and clinic flow as well as mentor Clinic Interns.
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program. A certified Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing is required. Must have strong organizational skills. This is an 83.3% full-time equivalency. Two Months off in the summer. Full Penn State benefits are included.
This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.

The pay range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$46,400.00 - $67,300.00
